President and Owner, Dave Schaff is a seasoned community relations professional and skilled negotiator experienced in government relations, public affairs, management and media/public relations.  Diverse industry background includes real estate development, financial services and local government.

  • Developed Hamilton County’s Home Improvement Program (HIP), a Linked Deposit Program,
    which provides a  3% reduction on home improvement loans
  • Oakley Streetscape Initiative – Spearheaded effort which is now in year 3; Obtained $50,000
    grant for concept development stage;
      $703,000+ for Phase 1
  • Managed re-development of Collins Lofts in Over the Rhine (12 condos)
  • Obtained Community Development Block Grant for $1,500,000 for 30 unit condo development
    ($50,000 per unit v. City average of $30,000 per unit
    )
  • Managed $25+ Million Student Housing Development (McMillan Manor)
  • Tax Abatement – McMillan Manor (15 year – 75% on building improvements)

    risk and market analysis, and private and public financing mechanisms.
  • Led collaborative working groups comprised of elected officials, regulators and neighborhood representatives
    to achieve government and community consensus for the firm’s development projects.

Branch Manager – Blue Ash and Downtown

  • First Branch Manager in Cincinnati District (24 branches) to reach $10 Million Commercial

    which led the Ohio-Kentucky-Tennessee region.
